New York (Showbiz Desk) The first biographical film based on the life of legendary singer Michael Jackson, titled “Michael”, has been released, featuring his nephew Jaafar Jackson in the lead role.
The film powerfully presents emotional moments, iconic music, and key stages of Michael Jackson’s life, attracting both fans from the 1980s and 1990s as well as a new generation of viewers.
It showcases his journey from being the lead vocalist of The Jackson 5 in his early days to becoming a globally celebrated solo artist. The film also includes major performances from his solo career along with aspects of his personal life.
Directed by Antoine Fuqua, the film also stars Nia Long, Laura Harrier, and Juliano Krue Valdi in significant roles alongside Jaafar Jackson.
