Pakistan Street Child Team’s Brilliant Performance, Second Consecutive Win in World Cup

Mexico City (Sports Desk) Street Child World Cup 2026 Pakistan continued its impressive form by securing a second consecutive victory in the tournament.

In the ongoing competition among 30 countries, the Pakistan Street Child football team defeated host Mexico’s strong side 5–0 in their second match.

For Pakistan, Kashif Khan and Isa Khan scored two goals each, while Shahid Anjum added one goal to strengthen the team’s lead.

Earlier, in their opening match, Pakistan defeated Indonesia 2–0, with both goals scored by Kashif Khan.

The tournament features boys’ and girls’ events aimed at raising awareness about the rights, protection, and identity of street children. It is being organized with the collaboration of organizations working for youth-led social change.

The Pakistan team, participating under the supervision of Muslim Hands, is also scheduled to attend the United Nations General Assembly after the tournament.

It is worth noting that Pakistan previously delivered a strong performance in the 2022 edition held in Qatar, winning the silver medal.

The players and team management dedicated both victories to “Maarka-e-Haq” and the armed forces of Pakistan, paying tribute to their sacrifices, bravery, and national services. The squad includes Abdullah, Mubashir Shah, Muhammad Hamad, Nadeem Hussain, Muhammad Mustafa, Muhammad Isa, Shahid Anjum, Muhammad Kashif, Muhammad Bilal, and Muhammad Ibrahim.
