Karachi (Showbiz Desk) – Pakistani actress and model Meerub Ali has revealed that she recently underwent surgery due to a finger-related medical issue and is currently recovering in hospital.
Meerub Ali informed her fans via social media about her condition. According to her, one of her fingers had started locking frequently and had limited movement, making it difficult to perform daily tasks.
She said that while an initial specialist considered her condition normal, an orthopedic surgeon later recommended surgery after a detailed examination.
The actress added that she initially expected a minor procedure, but the surgery turned out to be more complex and time-consuming than anticipated. The operation was performed at Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi, where she also shared a video during her treatment.
Following the surgery, Meerub Ali said she is gradually recovering, while friends, fellow artists, and fans continue to send prayers and good wishes.
Several celebrities including Maya Khan, Dur-e-Fishan Saleem, Sana Fahad, and Rabya Kulsoom wished her a speedy recovery. Social media users also advised her to rest and limit mobile phone use to avoid additional strain on her finger.
Fans further noted that such conditions can sometimes develop due to repetitive hand use or daily activities, and have extended their best wishes for her full and speedy recovery.
