Mumbai (Showbiz Desk): Bollywood’s renowned actor Amitabh Bachchan has revealed that he suffered a knee injury while filming, raising concerns among his fans.
According to Indian media, the veteran actor informed viewers about his health during a recent episode of the quiz show “Kaun Banega Crorepati 18.”
At the beginning of the program, Amitabh Bachchan said that he slipped while shooting the previous day, causing him to fall and injure his knee.
The 83-year-old actor pointed toward his left knee and said that although he had suffered an injury, it was not very serious. He said that he would remain standing while hosting the program with the contestants, but would conduct the initial conversation while seated because he was currently experiencing some difficulty standing for long periods.
After hearing about Amitabh Bachchan’s injury, the audience present on the program expressed concern and conveyed their best wishes for his speedy recovery.
It is worth mentioning that Amitabh Bachchan has been hosting “Kaun Banega Crorepati” for more than two decades. The first episode of the program was broadcast on July 3, 2000, and Amitabh Bachchan has been its host since the beginning.
