Beijing (Showbiz Desk): In an important development aimed at promoting cultural cooperation between Pakistan and China, the Pakistani film “The Legend of Maula Jatt” will be released in China on May 21.
The film’s director Bilal Lashari announced this development along with a Chinese-dubbed trailer.
This marks the first time that a major Pakistani film has been given a significant release opportunity in China’s limited foreign film market.
It is worth mentioning that the film, released in 2022, is considered Pakistan’s most expensive and highest-grossing film, and it achieved notable commercial success on the global stage as well.
