Islamabad (Pakistan News): Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has said that law will be enforced with full force against the anti-state agenda in Azad Kashmir. In his statement on the social media website, he said that elections are near and presenting differing issues for the public’s decision is part of the democratic process.
According to the Defence Minister, those elements who are trying to impose their thinking through violence instead of public opinion do not have democratic intentions.
He said that in recent incidents, police and security personnel were targeted, which is extremely regrettable and it shows that these elements want to sabotage the electoral process.
Khawaja Asif made it clear that the state will not tolerate any illegal or anti-state activity and full enforcement of the law will be ensured, while the public will be given the opportunity to freely express their opinion.
