Karachi (Showbiz Desk) Senior Pakistani actress Asma Abbas has expressed her views on the growing trend of emotional distance and cold behaviour of husbands towards their wives after a certain age.
Asma Abbas, who often speaks openly about social issues and human behaviour in her vlogs, discussed the behavioural changes in husbands after the age of 60 in her recent video.
She said that after this age, many husbands stop communicating openly and reduce expressions of their emotions, which makes wives feel ignored, while women at this age remain fully aware and emotionally sensitive.
According to the actress, she does not mean that husbands stop talking altogether, but rather that they reduce emotional expression and affection towards their wives.
She added that husbands often do not even compliment their wives by saying that their dress looks good or that they look beautiful, which reduces the sense of love and attention in the relationship.
