Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam accomplished this feat in a match against Quetta, where he remained unbeaten on seventy-one runs, leading his team to an eight-wicket victory. Earlier, Babar Azam had also become the first player to score four thousand runs in the Pakistan Super League, achieving the milestone in 104 matches. On the other hand, South African cricketer Rilee Rossouw also became the first foreign player to complete 100 matches in the league, and both players shared the celebratory moments together.
