Karachi (Showbiz Desk): Renowned Pakistani actor Bilal Qureshi has expressed concern over the issues faced by emerging footballers in the country and highlighted the challenges present in the sports sector.
Bilal Qureshi shared a story on the photo and video-sharing platform Instagram, in which he wrote that his son wants to become a footballer, but he does not know what to tell him about the limited opportunities available in Pakistan for pursuing any sport other than cricket.
The actor further wrote that whether it is sports or showbiz, the influence of politics can be seen in every field, and this situation is affecting the overall condition of the country.
In his Instagram story, Bilal Qureshi also shared a video mentioning that both of his sons are fans of famous Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.
Later, the actor shared another video on his Instagram story related to Argentina's success.
It is worth noting that Pakistan has many talented players in the field of sports; however, according to experts, better facilities, training, and suitable opportunities are needed to bring this talent forward.
