Mumbai (Showbiz Desk) — The cause of Hollywood actress Hayden Panettiere’s death has been revealed. The 36-year-old actress was found dead at her home in the US state of South Carolina on August 16.
According to US media, a report by the Greenville County medical examiner determined that the actress died due to the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine.
According to the autopsy report, the effects of multiple medications were found in the actress’s body; however, there were no injuries or other signs indicating another cause of death.
The Greenville County Coroner’s Office classified the death as accidental. Hayden Panettiere had appeared in several films, including ‘Ice Princess’, as well as American television series.
