Lahore (Showbiz Desk) Pakistani actress Dananeer Mobeen has once again come under social media criticism, though this time the discussion is centered around her outfit rather than her acting.
The actress wore a Western-style outfit during her visit to London’s Notting Hill, featuring a mini skirt and blazer set from the brand Zara, along with fleece-lined tights.
After the pictures surfaced on social media, some users claimed that the outfit appeared revealing, which triggered a heated debate online.
Following the criticism, Dananeer Mobeen issued a clarification on her Instagram story, stating that she was fully modest and covered. She explained that the tights she wore were fleece-lined, which may give a skin-like appearance but are actually thick and fully covered.
She further said that the outfit was not see-through and that it only appeared so due to a visual misunderstanding; however, the debate continued on social media despite her clarification.
It is worth noting that Dananeer Mobeen first gained fame through the viral “Pawri Ho Rahi Hai” video. She later began her acting career with the drama Sinf-e-Aahan and has since appeared in several television projects. She is also set to make her big-screen debut in the upcoming film “Mera Liyari.”
