New York (Web Desk): The wealth of the world’s richest person, Elon Musk, increased by approximately $320 billion between July 2025 and July 2026, meaning his wealth rose by an average of around $875 million per day.
An analysis by financial research firm BestBrokers compared data obtained at different times from Forbes’ real-time billionaire list. The analysis used data recorded one year apart.
According to the report, the main reason for this extraordinary increase in Musk’s wealth was SpaceX’s initial public offering on June 12. As the value of the shares increased, his total wealth temporarily exceeded $1 trillion, making him the world’s first trillionaire.
Later, a significant decline in SpaceX’s share price caused Musk’s wealth to fall substantially within a few weeks.
According to estimates by various financial institutions at the beginning of August 2026, Elon Musk’s total assets were worth approximately $675 billion to $780 billion. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, his wealth stands at around $777 billion, while Forbes estimates it at approximately $744 billion.
Despite this, Elon Musk remains the world’s richest person, with a substantial gap between his wealth and that of the second-richest individual.
