Karachi (Commerce Desk): Gold prices recorded a decline for the fourth consecutive day in both international and local bullion markets.
In the international bullion market on Wednesday, the price of gold decreased by $47 per ounce, bringing the price down to $4,078 per ounce.
The impact of the decline in the global market was also seen in local bullion markets, where the price of gold per tola fell by Rs4,700 on the third trading day of the business week, reaching Rs430,236.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs4,029, after which the new price stood at Rs368,858.
Meanwhile, silver prices also declined in the international market. The price of silver fell by $1.38 per ounce to $59.42 per ounce.
In local bullion markets, the price of silver per tola decreased by Rs138 to Rs6,421, while the price of 10 grams of silver fell by Rs119 to Rs5,504.
