Government Increases Petrol Prices Once Again

Islamabad (Commerce Desk): According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Energy, the government has increased the price of petrol by PKR 3.26 per liter, bringing the new price to PKR 390.66. Meanwhile, the price of high-speed diesel saw a slight decrease of PKR 1.01, setting the new rate at PKR 399.34. These new prices have come into effect on October 2, 2026.
