Karachi (Showbiz Desk): Pakistani actress and filmmaker Hareem Farooq has responded to social media criticism and trolling, saying she decided a decade ago not to care about what people say about her.
Hareem Farooq recently appeared alongside actor Faysal Quraishi in the Punjabi-language film Mango Jatt. She also attended various events to promote the movie.
Speaking about criticism and online trolling in a recent interview, the actress said she had made the decision ten years ago not to worry about people’s opinions of her.
She added that critics and social media trolls would continue to criticise her, but there was no benefit in constantly thinking about their comments.
Hareem Farooq further revealed that she does not read comments about herself on social media. Instead, she prefers to move forward in life and focus on her work.
