Islamabad (Pakistan news) Following the notification regarding the transfer of judges from the Islamabad High Court, a new development has emerged as security has reportedly been withdrawn from the transferred judges.
According to sources, security personnel assigned to the three judges have been recalled, and security deployed at their residences has also been removed.
Reports further state that accompanying security squads and personal gunmen assigned to the judges have also been withdrawn.
The transferred judges include Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, Justice Babar Sattar, and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz.
Sources say all three judges are currently still present in Islamabad and have not yet formally assumed charge in their respective new High Courts.
