Nablus (Monitoring Desk) Hundreds of Israeli settlers entered and allegedly attacked the tomb of Prophet Joseph (peace be upon him) in the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, while Israeli forces provided them with security.
According to reports, Israeli forces forced Palestinian civilians present around the tomb to leave the area, while several Palestinian homes were turned into military posts and Israeli snipers were deployed on their rooftops.
The Israeli settlers had also entered the Al-Aqsa Mosque a day earlier, where Palestinians accused them of desecration.
Meanwhile, the bodies of 100 Palestinians have been recovered from the rubble of a residential building in Gaza. Civil Defense teams retrieved the bodies from the debris, after which a collective funeral prayer was held for the martyrs, attended by a large number of Palestinian civilians.
According to the report, the residential building was targeted in an Israeli airstrike in October 2023.
