Islamabad (Pakistan News) — The Supreme Court has returned the government’s review petition against the decision to transfer Imran Khan to a hospital, along with objections raised by the Registrar’s Office.
According to sources, the Registrar’s Office raised several objections to the petition, including that the paper books were incomplete.
Sources said the government will refile the review petition after addressing the objections raised by the Registrar’s Office.
It is pertinent to mention that the Supreme Court had ordered the transfer of Imran Khan to Shifa Hospital two days ago; however, he has not yet been transferred to the hospital.
Later, the Islamabad Chief Commissioner filed a review petition through the Advocate General Islamabad against the court’s decision regarding Imran Khan’s transfer to the hospital.
