Karachi (Showbiz Desk) — Renowned Pakistani actress and producer Javeria Saud has supported actor Shaan Shahid’s stance against Pakistani artists working in India.
In a statement shared on Instagram, Javeria Saud said that Shaan Shahid was right to question the growing trend among Pakistani artists of working with the Indian entertainment industry.
She said that national values should not be compromised for fame, more followers or professional opportunities.
The actress acknowledged that India’s entertainment industry is much larger than Pakistan’s and that after working there, Pakistani artists may return home with greater recognition, more followers, financial opportunities and a more prominent position.
