New York (Web Desk): Prominent business figure and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has predicted that advances in artificial intelligence could reduce working hours and increase incomes in the future.
In an interview with a US broadcaster, Bezos said modern technology could enable people to earn enough to meet their families' needs by working just a few hours a day.
According to him, people may be able to earn substantial incomes while working only three days a week, with one person's earnings potentially covering the expenses of an entire family.
Bezos said artificial intelligence would enable businesses to produce more goods while using fewer resources, increasing productivity and efficiency.
Rather than describing artificial intelligence solely as a threat to jobs, he expressed hope that the technology could improve living standards and reduce workloads.
