Mumbai (Showbiz Desk) — Amid the ongoing controversy between Bollywood actor Govinda and his wife, Sunita Ahuja, Kashmera Shah has spoken out in support of Sunita Ahuja.
As the controversy surrounding Govinda’s alleged relationship with Komal Swarnkar continues to intensify, actress Kashmera Shah, who is the wife of Govinda’s nephew Krushna Abhishek, has supported Sunita Ahuja.
The 53-year-old actress issued a statement in support of Sunita Ahuja after Komal Swarnkar accused her of trying to kill her husband.
In a statement posted on Instagram, Kashmera Shah indirectly responded to the ongoing controversy surrounding Govinda and Sunita, writing that she knows that Sunita is a strong woman and that she married into a family where the women are also strong.
She said women are often described as rude, arrogant, controlling, focused on their goals and selfish simply because they take care of their families, but this is the first time they are being called murderers.
Kashmera Shah further wrote that if every mother, wife, sister, aunt and even their dogs are called murderers for protecting the person they love, then so be it. She added, “Sunita Ahuja, I am proud that you are such a woman, and I will always stand by you.”
Kashmera Shah’s statement came shortly after Komal Swarnkar broke her silence over the controversy surrounding her alleged relationship with Govinda.
It may be recalled that in a statement shared on Instagram Stories, Komal Swarnkar had accused Sunita Ahuja of trying to kill her husband for years.
Komal further said that no one can destroy a home that is already broken, while she also remarked that the people of the country are not so foolish that they would start chasing a crow simply because someone tells them that the crow has taken their ear.
