Islamabad (Pakistan Khabar): In view of the current political and law-and-order situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, important consultations at the federal level are expected today, during which various constitutional options concerning the province's future will be reviewed.
According to sources, the prime minister has summoned Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Amir Muqam to the Prime Minister's House, where detailed discussions will be held on matters concerning Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, possible constitutional measures, and other political and legal aspects.
Sources said that an important meeting is also expected at the President's House this evening or tonight. During the meeting, the prime minister will brief the president on the political situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and constitutional options concerning the province will be discussed.
According to sources, the meetings will review various aspects of the current situation, including the province's administrative performance, law and order, and ongoing measures against terrorism.
