According to Mahira Khan, fame and popularity are not permanent, which is why she keeps her focus on her work and craft. She added that she is fully content with her present age and stage of life and is enjoying it to the fullest.
The actress further said that she understands how the nature of roles changes with time, but she accepts this evolution positively. She also appealed to directors and producers not to limit her to traditional heroine roles and to offer her diverse and challenging characters so she can showcase different dimensions of her acting talent.
