Mumbai (Showbiz Desk): Indian actor Manoj Bajpayee has expanded his property assets by purchasing 4.45 acres of land in Pune.
According to documents, the land, located in Telbaila village in Mulshi taluka, was purchased for INR 13.7 million, with the deal registered on August 25, 2026. For the approximately 1.80-hectare property, Manoj Bajpayee also paid INR 687,000 in stamp duty.
According to the registered value, the land is worth approximately INR 3.09 million per acre. The property was reportedly purchased from Vimal Chand Khimraj Jain.
Manoj Bajpayee and his wife, Shabana Raza Bajpayee, have previously purchased several properties in Mumbai as well. In October 2023, the couple bought four commercial offices in Oshiwara for INR 329.4 million, two of which were rented out in 2025.
