Lahore (Pakistan Khabar) — Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has arrived in Murree, where an important meeting has been scheduled for tomorrow to review ongoing development projects in the city.
According to party sources, Maryam Nawaz Sharif traveled from Lahore to Islamabad on a special aircraft, where she will be briefed on the development schemes currently underway in Murree.
Sources say consultations are also expected between Maryam Nawaz Sharif and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on various matters related to the development project in Murree.
The meeting will also review proposals concerning the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Mall Road and Jhika Gali Chowk.
According to sources, the issue of compensation payments to people affected on the mountain side of Mall Road will also be considered, while former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been staying in the Changla Gali area of Murree for the past week.
