Lahore (Pakistan Khabar): Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has departed for China on a four-day official visit.
Chinese Consul General Sun Yan was also present at the airport, where he saw off the Punjab Chief Minister as she departed for China. Chinese senior officials will receive Maryam Nawaz Sharif upon her arrival at Urumqi International Airport.
The Punjab Chief Minister will begin her engagements at the conference center of the Xinjiang State Guest House, where a high-level delegation led by Xinjiang Party Secretary Chen Xiaojing will meet her.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif will also meet He Zhongyu, Deputy Party Secretary of the Committee of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, while she will also hold an important meeting with a delegation from the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
A dinner will be hosted in honor of the Punjab Chief Minister and her delegation by He Zhongyu, Deputy Party Secretary, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Committee of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif will stay at the Xinjiang State Guest House as a state guest of China.
