MCC Urges Members to Attend Women’s World Cup Final

London (Sports Desk) – The Marylebone Cricket Club (Marylebone Cricket Club) has urged its members to ensure their presence at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup final to be held at Lord’s on Sunday.

According to media reports, MCC Chief Executive Rob Lawson wrote a letter to club members asking them to attend the final match, regardless of whether England qualifies or not.

The letter stated that members’ presence is important for the atmosphere at the stadium and the club’s reputation, and also requested advance notice in case of absence to better manage seating arrangements.

It was also noted that MCC faced criticism during the 2017 Women’s World Cup final when several member seats remained empty, despite England’s victory in that match.

The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup final will be played at the historic Lord’s Cricket Ground on Sunday between England and Australia.
