California (Web Desk): Meta has introduced its new smart glasses, with a starting price of $299.
According to the company, the new glasses have been designed to be more comfortable and better suited for everyday use compared to previous models.
The new Meta glasses are available in three designs: Adventure, Fury, and Starfire. They include the same core features that were available in the Ray-Ban Meta glasses, including a 12-megapixel camera, speakers, six microphones, and Meta's artificial intelligence assistant.
According to Meta, the new glasses include enhanced artificial intelligence capabilities that will enable users to engage in natural conversations, perform translations in multiple languages, and use features such as "Live Translation" for images and visual content.
To improve comfort, the models feature adjustable nose pads, flexible frames, and different size options. The smart glasses can operate for approximately eight hours on a single charge, while the accompanying charging case provides additional battery support.
According to the company, the purpose of these smart glasses is to make artificial intelligence a part of users' daily lives, while plans are also underway to introduce voice-guided navigation features for future versions.
