Karachi (Commerce Desk) — The Pakistan Stock Exchange’s weekly report has been released, according to which a negative trend was witnessed in the stock market during the trading week.
According to the report, the KSE-100 Index fell by 2,367 points during the current week, closing at 175,328 points.
During the trading week, the KSE-100 Index fluctuated within a range of 3,623 points. Its weekly high was recorded at 178,138 points, while its lowest level stood at 174,515 points.
According to the report, 3.8 billion shares were traded in the stock market during the week, with the total value of transactions reaching Rs166 billion.
On the other hand, a decline was also recorded in the overall market capitalization. During the week, market capitalization decreased by Rs256 billion to Rs19,629 billion.
