Islamabad (Abasin News) — The District and Sessions Court Islamabad has decided to maintain non-bailable arrest warrants against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi in a case related to allegations against institutions and damaging their reputation.
The court made the decision due to Sohail Afridi’s absence from the hearing.
The court ordered that Sohail Afridi be arrested and presented before the court. However, further proceedings could not take place due to the unavailability of Senior Civil Judge Abbas Shah, after which the hearing was adjourned until July 21.
It should be noted that a case has been registered against Sohail Afridi by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency under the PECA law.
