Islamabad (Pakistan News) Pakistan has strongly condemned Israeli attacks in Syria and called on the international community to hold Israel accountable for violations of international law and play an effective role in preventing escalating tensions in the region.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Pakistan rejects Israeli attacks against Syria and calls the unprovoked attack by Israeli occupying forces on the Abu Al-Zuhur airbase in Idlib a blatant violation of international law.
The spokesperson said Israel’s provocative actions could further harm peace and stability in the region. Pakistan expressed full solidarity with the Syrian people and reaffirmed its support for Syria’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, peace and prosperity.
According to the Foreign Office, the international community should play its role in ending the continued violations of international law by Israeli occupying forces and ensure Israel is held accountable for actions destabilizing the region.
The spokesperson said Pakistan supports protecting Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity for lasting peace and stability in the region.
