Pakistani Cricketers Barred from Participating in World Championship of Legends

Lahore (Sports Desk) — Pakistani cricketers will not be allowed to participate in the World Championship of Legends.

According to sources, no team will be allowed to use Pakistan’s name in the event either.

The event, scheduled to begin in the United Arab Emirates on October 3, also includes a team named Pakistan Champions, while a match between Pakistan Champions and Indian Champions was scheduled to be played in Dubai on October 10.

According to sources, the Indian team refused to play against Pakistan Champions last year.

Further details regarding the participation of Pakistani players and the use of Pakistan’s name in the event are yet to emerge.
