ISLAMABAD (Web Desk): The number of 5G users in Pakistan continues to grow rapidly, with the total number of subscribers surpassing 1.078 million.
According to a document issued by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), 879,000 new users subscribed to 5G services within just four months.
The figures show that the number of 5G users stood at 71,000 in March, increasing to 298,000 in April.
The document further stated that the number rose to 516,000 in May, while by the end of June, the total had exceeded 965,000.
According to the PTA, as of July 6, the total number of 5G users in the country had reached 1,078,534, reflecting the rapidly growing popularity of next-generation mobile technology in Pakistan.
