Karachi (Sports Desk) In the 23rd match of the eleventh edition of the Pakistan Super League, Peshawar Zalmi defeated Quetta Gladiators by 8 wickets in a one-sided contest. Quetta Gladiators, batting first, scored 154 runs in their allotted overs. Hasan Nawaz was the top scorer with 37 runs, while Rilee Rossouw made 26 and Khawaja Nafay contributed 20 runs.
For Peshawar Zalmi, Mohammad Basit and Sufiyan Muqeem took three wickets each, while Iftikhar Ahmed claimed one wicket.
Chasing the target, Peshawar Zalmi displayed excellent batting and achieved the target of 155 runs in 18.3 overs. Babar Azam led the charge with 71 runs, while Mohammad Haris scored 35 and Kusal Mendis added 21 runs.
For Quetta Gladiators, Alzarri Joseph and Saud Shakeel took one wicket each.
