Islamabad (Commerce Desk): The government has reduced the price of petrol while increasing the price of diesel, issuing a notification announcing the new prices of both petroleum products.
According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs2.93 per litre, bringing the new price to Rs395.37 per litre.
The notification stated that the price of diesel has increased by Rs0.61 per litre, taking its new price to Rs396.85 per litre.
According to sources, the new prices of petroleum products will take effect on October 13.
