Rawalpindi (Pakistan Khabar) — According to security sources cited by the DG ISPR, seven terrorists were killed during security forces’ operations in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In Balochistan, operations against terrorists are continuing under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3. In Naukcha, an area of Chagai district, security forces conducted an operation and killed two terrorists.
According to security sources, terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Hindustan attempted to flee after setting an empty water bowser on fire in Naukcha. However, security forces responded immediately and killed both terrorists.
Sources said the terrorists were also involved in arson attacks at various locations along the N-40 highway. Earlier, on August 31, 11 terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Hindustan involved in similar acts of sabotage had also been killed.
According to security sources, operations in Balochistan will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated.
Meanwhile, in Bara, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation under the Azm-e-Istehkam vision, during which five terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Khawarij were killed.
According to security sources, a large quantity of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the slain terrorists, while their hideouts were also completely destroyed during the operation.
Security forces expressed their resolve to eliminate terrorism from the country and establish lasting peace.
