Shah Mir Iqbal assigned additional charge of Punjab Film City Authority

Lahore (Showbiz Desk) — The Punjab government has assigned Captain (R) Shah Mir Iqbal the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer of the Punjab Film City Authority, and an official notification has been issued in this regard.

According to the notification, Captain (R) Shah Mir Iqbal, who is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of IDAP, will also oversee the affairs of the Punjab Film City Authority until a permanent appointment is made.

Under his new responsibilities, he will simultaneously supervise the administrative, developmental, and planning-related activities of both organizations and review the progress of ongoing projects.

According to government sources, this additional responsibility has been entrusted to him in recognition of his effective administrative abilities and his record of ensuring the timely completion of various projects. Under his leadership, a major section of the Nawaz Sharif Cancer Care Hospital was completed in a record timeframe, which is being regarded as a significant milestone in his career.

Officials stated that this appointment is expected to help further strengthen and accelerate the developmental and administrative affairs of the Punjab Film City Authority.
