Chitral (Sports Desk): Preparations for the annual polo festival at Shandur, the world’s highest polo ground, have been completed, where spectators will witness exciting sporting contests.
According to the administration, the Shandur Polo Festival will be held from June 11 to June 13, with participation expected from players across the country as well as a large number of foreign tourists.
The district administration of Upper Chitral stated that foolproof security arrangements have been put in place during the event to ensure a safe environment for participants and visitors.
The Shandur Polo Festival is globally recognized each year due to its unique location and traditional sport, and is considered an important cultural and tourism event in the region.
