Rawalpindi (Pakistan News) Former Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has expressed concern over rising inflation and the country’s economic conditions, saying that it is evident what is happening with the poor class.
Talking to media outside the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi, he said that it has become difficult to survive on current salaries and this reality is no longer hidden.
Sheikh Rashid said that poor citizens are facing severe difficulties and heavy electricity bills are further increasing public hardship.
He expressed hope for improvement in the country’s economic situation and prayed that the economy stabilizes and the conditions of ordinary citizens get better.
