Karachi (Commerce Desk): A strong bullish trend was witnessed on the third trading day of the week at the Pakistan Stock Exchange, with investor sentiment remaining positive.
During trading, the KSE-100 Index recorded a significant increase of 4,918 points, pushing the index up to 170,553 points.
In today’s session, the index also touched a low of 169,387 points and a high of 170,640 points, reflecting strong market activity.
It is worth noting that the index had closed at 165,634 points at the end of the previous trading day.
Meanwhile, in the interbank market, the value of the US dollar saw a slight decline, decreasing by 3 paisas to 278.94 rupees, compared to the previous closing of 278.97 rupees.
