Karachi (Commerce Desk) — The Pakistan Stock Exchange remained on a negative trend during the trading week, with the 100 Index falling 2,609 points to close at 168,155 points.
During the week, the Hundred Index remained within a range of 3,807 points, while the index recorded a high of 171,492 points and a low of 167,685 points.
A total of 2.6 billion shares were traded in the stock market during the week, with a total value of Rs93 billion.
On the other hand, the overall market capitalization of the stock exchange declined by Rs271 billion, falling to Rs18,725 billion.
