Islamabad (Commerce Desk): The federal government has announced a reduction in petroleum product prices.
According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel have been reduced by Rs. 5 per litre each.
After the reduction, the new price of petrol has been set at Rs. 409.78 per litre, while the new price of diesel has been fixed at Rs. 409.58 per litre.
According to the notification, the new prices have already come into effect from last night at 12 a.m.
