Dubai (Sports Desk) International Cricket Council (ICC) General Manager Wasim Khan has decided to step down from his position.

According to a cricket-related website report, Wasim Khan will leave his responsibilities in June after serving in this important role for four years.

The report stated that he assumed this position when Geoff Allardice became the organization’s Chief Executive. Prior to this, he served for three years as Chief Operating Officer in the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

After his tenure at the PCB, he joined the ICC and played an important role in global cricket administration.

It is worth mentioning that in the past two years, several senior officials have left their positions in the ICC, while during Jay Shah’s tenure, new officials have taken charge of various responsibilities.
