Trump and German Chancellor’s Differences over Iran War Increase

Washington (Monitoring Desk) – US President Donald Trump has once again criticized German Chancellor Friedrich Merz over increasing differences regarding the Iran war, saying that instead of talking about the Iran war, he should focus on the issues of Europe and Ukraine.

According to Arab media, President Trump said that action against Iran is making the world more secure, while the German Chancellor had expressed reservations over this war strategy, saying that entering such conflicts is easy but getting out of them is difficult.

Reports state that the United States is also considering reducing the number of its troops in Germany, on which Berlin has said that it is prepared for any situation, however NATO cooperation will continue.

According to sources, these differences emerged when Germany criticized the US policy regarding Iran, after which diplomatic tensions between the two countries have increased.
