London (Monitoring Desk) British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has strongly condemned the alleged Iranian drone and missile attack on the United Arab Emirates and called for reducing tensions in the region.
He said Iran must immediately return to diplomacy to avoid further escalation and conflict. According to the UK Prime Minister, the current situation needs to be defused and Iran should engage in meaningful negotiations.
Keir Starmer also stated that Britain will continue to support its partners in the Gulf region for their defense.
It is worth noting that three people were injured in an alleged drone attack in Fujairah yesterday, after which the security situation in the region has become even more sensitive.
