Lahore (Pakistan News) Due to glacier melting and intense heat in Kundian, a sharp increase in the flow of water in the River Indus has been observed.
According to the report, water inflow at Chashma Barrage has significantly increased, reaching 70,000 cusecs, while outflow has been recorded at 66,545 cusecs.
The administration said that the water level at Chashma Barrage has reached 648 feet, after which 35 spillways have been opened to control the situation.
