Karachi (Pakistan Khabar): In the court of the duty magistrate South, police presented the accused Anmol alias Pinky.
During the hearing, the accused created a scene, shouting and terming the cases against her as false.
The accused was brought to the City Court under strict security and was presented in court with her face covered. During the proceedings, she stated that she had allegedly been detained without any legal justification and had been subjected to torture.
The court assured her that she has full right to present her stance and that she would not face any harassment.
During the hearing, the investigation officer informed the court that progress is underway in various cases related to the accused, and arrests and recoveries have also been made on her identification.
After hearing arguments on the remand request, the court reserved its decision, after which the accused was shifted to the court of the duty magistrate Central for further proceedings.
