TANK (Pakistan News): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi has expressed deep concern over the abduction of four polio workers in Tank and called for immediate measures to ensure their safe recovery.
Faisal Karim Kundi said the abduction of polio workers was extremely regrettable and condemnable. He said these workers were fulfilling a national responsibility to secure a safe future for children and build a healthy Pakistan.
He said ensuring the security of polio teams was a fundamental responsibility of the government, while targeting these workers was against humanity and national interests.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governor urged the relevant authorities to take immediate and effective measures to secure the safe return of the abducted polio workers.
