Afghan Citizens Say Taliban Leadership Unaware of Public Hardships

Kabul (Monitoring Desk) Voices of criticism against the Taliban government are growing in Afghanistan over rising inflation, unemployment, and the law and order situation. Reports suggest that criticism of the Taliban administration has increased due to ongoing economic difficulties and public problems, with some groups questioning government policies.

An Afghan citizen from Kabul claimed in a video message that inflation and unemployment have increased due to the Taliban government’s policies. He said Afghan people must raise their voices themselves to seek solutions to their problems.

In the video message, the citizen criticized Taliban policies and urged people to play their role in bringing change.

Meanwhile, a resident of Jalalabad also expressed concerns over the current situation. He said that Jalalabad, once known for its agricultural production and grapes, is now facing difficulties.

The citizen alleged that local residents are dealing with various challenges and that the Taliban leadership does not fully understand the hardships faced by ordinary people.

Different opinions have continued to emerge inside and outside Afghanistan regarding the Taliban government’s governance, economic conditions, and security situation, while political and social challenges in the country remain a subject of debate.
