London (Showbiz Desk): Earl Spencer, the brother of Princess Diana, has made a significant claim about King Charles in his new book, bringing a chapter from the royal family’s past back into discussion.
In the book Swan Song: Diana, My Sister, Earl Spencer says that after Diana was killed in a car accident in Paris in 1997, he had a telephone conversation with Charles, who was Prince Charles at the time.
Earl Spencer claims that during the conversation, Charles told him, “We will forget her soon.” The claim has now sparked renewed discussion surrounding the British royal family.
